Ujjwala scheme: During MODI’S Ayodhya visit, PM Narendra Modi reached the house of Meera Manjhi, the 10 croreth beneficiary of Ujjwala scheme.The Prime Minister MODI signed a painting which a boy showed him during his Ayodhya visit. When PM Modi passed through the narrow streets of Ayodhya, a huge crowd welcomed him.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today visited the house of Meera Manjhi in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, who is the 10 croreth beneficiary of “Ujjwala Yojana”. Here tea was offered to the PM. The Ujjwala scheme provides clean cooking fuel like LPG cylinders to rural and underprivileged families who used to use firewood, coal and cow dung cakes. Using traditional cooking fuels has harmful effects on the environment as well as the health of rural women.

Earlier, PM Modi inaugurated the redeveloped railway station of Ayodhya and flagged off 2 Amrit Bharat trains and 6 Vande Bharat trains, some of which were flagged off virtually.

He also inaugurated an airport and laid the foundation stone of development projects in UP. After inaugurating the railway station, Modi visited the station. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Railway Ministers Ashwini Vaishnav, Minister of Civil Aviation of India Jyotiraditya Scindia and others were present with him.

Ujjwala Yojana: It was started in 2016. This scheme provides free cooking gas to poor families. So that BPL families can get its benefits.
Ujjwala scheme was started with the aim of providing safety and secure environment to women. Things like wood, cow dung cakes are used as fuel for cooking in economically backward families.

Initially the government gave messages to women through advertisements. After which today many women have become free from the smoke of the stove and are using LPG gas for cooking.

The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas of the Central Government regulates it.

To avail the benefits of this scheme of pm Narendra Modi, you can apply online.

For this you will have to follow some procedure.
1-First of all you have to go the official site of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana

2-Now select the download option on the home page.

3-Now the option of download four forms will open. Which includes Ujjwala Form Hindi, Ujjwala Form English, Ujjwala KYC Form Hindi and fourth Ujjwala KYC Form English.

4-You can click on the Ujjwala form according to your language and download it out of these four options.

5-After getting the print out of the form, fill all the information asked in it like your name, age, address.

6-A list of required documents will also be asked for in the form. Attach them with the form.

7-Now read the form once before submit it to your nearest LPG center.

8-You can also get this form from the LPG center.
